Co-founder Antonio della Corte was creating sweet mixes in gelato and pastry shops before joining forces in 2012 with Anna Maria Conti, who produced fruity extra-virgin olive oil of the highest quality from her farm. They started by selling a line of spreads at farmers markets around Rome, among them Noccioliva, and the rest is history.
