These limited-production dried thyme flowers come from thymus capitatus, a wild variety of thyme unique to the Greek coasts, and have a bolder presence than other brands. We love their bright, piquant profile and flavor falling between conventional thyme and oregano. Daphnis and Chloe partners with local foragers to find the delicate buds, which are hand-cut and dried intact so that they retain their essential oils up until you use them — just grind them up between your fingers to release their aroma.
